I'm pleased to announce another great addition to our roster: Phil Levy. He is now at AEI, before that was at the State Department, before that was senior economist for trade for the President’s Council of Economic Advisers, and before that was on the economics faculty at Yale. Phil is a first rate economist with broad experience in government, and he will have a lot to say on the intersection of U.S. foreign policy and the global economy, especially with news like this becoming all-too-common...
